COUNCILLORS are being urged to reject proposals to build a part single, part two-storey extension at a property in Grierson Street, Halliwell.
Mr Y Umarji wanted to extend the ground floor by six metres, and the first floor by four metres, but council officers will tell tomorrow’s planning meeting the extension would be too long.
