A TEENAGE motorist has been banned from driving for a year after admitting a string of motoring offences.
At Bolton Magistrates Court Sophie Worthington, aged 18, of North Avenue, Farnworth, pleaded guilty to driving a Ford Focus without due care and attention at Harrowby Street and Albert Road, Farnworth on October 6.
She also admitted failing to stop after an accident and driving without a licence or insurance.
As well as the driving ban, magistrates fined her £150 and ordered her to pay £35 prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
