A NEW Year’s Eve assault on a woman has led to a man appearing before Bolton magistrates.
Karl Partington, aged 50, of George Street, Farnworth, pleaded guilty and was given a conditional discharge for 12 months.
He must also pay £85 prosecution costs and a £15 victim surcharge.
