A MOTORIST will stand trial after denying dangerous driving in Nelson Street, Bolton.
Luke Bracegirdle, aged 22, of Fortune Street, Great Lever, denies dangerous driving, driving without insurance, not driving in accordance with a licence and failing to stop when required to do so.
The incidents is alleged to have taken place on March 28. It is claimed the defendant was driving a BMW.
He will appear at Bolton Crown Court on April 17.
