A 22-YEAR-OLD man who admitted behaving in a disorderly way while drunk in Deane has been hit with court costs of £190.
Thomas Fox, of Oldham Road, Royton, Oldham, pleaded guilty to a charge relating to an incident in Derby Street on April 21.
Fox was fined £85, ordered to pay prosecution costs of £85 and a £20 victim surcharge when he appeared at Bolton Magistrates’ Court.
