THE MAYOR of Bolton will open the annual garden party at St Paul’s Church in Astley Bridge.
The party, at the church in Holland Street, will be held on June 7 between 1pm and 4pm and will include entertainment and attractions provided by church groups and other local organisations.
The theme will be ‘Jolly Holliday’ and visitors are encouraged to dress for their summer holidays.
The event is supported by Bank Top Brewery and Asda and will include magic show, arts and crafts sales, a cake baking competition, face and nail painting and a beer tent.
