A DRINK-driver has been banned for 12 months after being caught in Blackburn Road, Bolton, on September 9 last year.
At Bolton Magistrates Court, John Harrison, aged 31, of Garstang Avenue, Breightmet, admitted driving a Renault Megane after drinking more than double the legal limit of alcohol.
He was also fined £110 and ordered to pay £85 prosecution costs and a £20 victim surcharge.
