GREEN-minded residents in Leigh and Atherton can pick up free food bin bags across their area.
They are available at some libraries and post offices, from waste recycling centres, and the Life Centres. Around 50 per cent of residents in Leigh and Atherton now recycle their food waste, according to latest figures.
