A BRANDY thief from Tonge Moor was told to pay £178 in court costs after he admitted stealing a bottle of the spirit from Lidl.
Christian Tyldesley, aged 25, of Moorfield Grove, took the brandy, worth £8.49 on May 1.
Bolton magistrates fined him £73 and ordered for other costs of £105 to be recovered when Tyldesley appeared in court on May 2.
