A THIEF has been given a conditional discharge for stealing five tubes of mascara.
Jiri Latta, of South Street, Great Lever, admitted the theft from Morrisons in Black Horse Street, Bolton, on May 3.
He was sentenced to a conditional discharge for 12 months at Bolton Magistrates Court.
