THE Mayor and Mayoress of Bolton will attend the inauguration of the new Town and Mayor of Westhoughton. Cllr Colin Shaw and his wife Dee will attend the civic reception of Councillor Kevan Jones followed by supper at Hart Common Gold Club on Monday.
