A THIEF has been given a conditional discharge.
David Newton, aged 33, of Stanworth Avenue, Breightmet, admitted stealing clothing worth £32 from Asda on June 18.
Bolton magistrates gave him a six-month conditional discharge and ordered him to pay £85 costs.
