A MAN, aged 20, has been issued with a community order.
Alexander Marsh, of Ennerdale Gardens, Breightmet, admitted stealing four solar lights on June 27, possessing amphetamine, a class B drug and failing to surrender to custody.
Bolton magistrates ordered Marsh to pay a £60 victim surcharge, £85 court costs and ordered him to comply with a probation order to go to an attendance centre.
