A MAN will stand trial for allegedly intending to cause a person to believe violence would be used and for damaging a £60 fence.
Alastair Waring, aged 33, of Ledbury Close, St Helens, denies both charges, alleged to have taken place on July 24.
He will appear at Bolton Magistrates Court on November 13.
