A MAN has been given a community order after admitting stealing powdered baby milk.
Lauris Evelis, aged 31, of Clarke Street, pleaded guilty to the theft of £38.96 of milk from the Boots store in the Market Place Shopping Centre on August 2.
He also admitted offending while serving a period of conditional discharge.
Evelis must observe a curfew lasting eight weeks after appearing at Bolton Magistrates’ Court.
