A BREIGHTMET man has been sentenced to a conditional discharge for theft.
William Henderson, aged 51, of Bury Road, admitted stealing four bottles of vodka on May 5.
Bolton magistrates sentenced him to a 12-month conditional discharge, ordered him to pay £15 compensation and charged him £85 court costs.
