BLACK pudding queen Debbie Pierce will share her recipe for success as she dishes out her secrets at Bolton Business School's latest networking event.
She will be in Bolton tomorrow (Wednesday, November 19) when she will be in conversation with broadcaster Gordon Burns who will ask her how she has established the Bury Black Pudding Company into a multi-million pound global enterprise.
Her appearance is part of the annual series of lectures with distinguished speakers from the industry and forms a networking event that brings together businesses and the University.
Debbie worked as a Saturday girl from the age of 12 on Bury market, before teaming up with Richard Morris in 2002 to found the Bury Black Pudding Company.
The pair turned a small market stall selling the product based on Richard’s father’s recipe, into a branded product retailing online.
Martyn Shaw, Director of Bolton Business School said: "Her drive and vision for building her empire from her market stall to the business it is today will be an inspiration for our students and our guests."
The event is by invitation only.
