A FARNWORTH motorist has been jailed for 32 weeks after he got behind the wheel despite having been disqualified three times before.
Sikander Khan will not be able to drive again for four years after he was sentenced at Bolton Magistrates' Court on November 21.
Khan has never even passed a driving test and the offence, on November 20 in Bradford Road, Bolton, put him in breach of a suspended prison sentence.
Khan, aged 42, of Bradford Road, admitted the breach, driving while disqualified and operating a car without insurance.
He was jailed for 20 weeks for flouting the disqualification and 12 weeks consecutively for the breach.
