A YORKSHIRE brass band will revisit Westhoughton twice next year after the town council agreed £550 of funding.
Greenfield Band will perform at the mayoral Sunday service on May 17 and at the Remembrance Parade on November 8.
Council leader Cllr David Chadwick said: "They have come across the Pennines for our civic events many times and always done us proud.
"I always enjoy turning into Market Street to see the band start playing The Great Escape."
