A MAN who breached a restraining order prohibiting him from contacting a woman was arrested after attending a party.
Magistrates heard how Clive Herman, aged 57, of Swinside Road, Breightmet, was banned from contacting the woman or entering Claremont Court, but was with her at a party when a neighbour rang police on November 21.
Magistrates sentenced him to be detained at the courthouse for the day.
