A CHARITY coffee morning raised more than £3000.

The annual Inner Wheel of Horwich Coffee Morning and Christmas Fair was held at the Horwich RMI Club in Chorley New Road, with stalls filling two large rooms.

A wide variety of goods were on sale for people to purchase on the day, with most of them hand-made.

There was also a tomobola and raffle which gave guests the chance to win Christmas hampers.

The fair was opened by Liz Greenwood of the North West Air Ambulance and the Mayors of Horwich and Blackrod were in attendance.

All the money raised on the day will be given to the North West Air Ambulance Service and other local charities.
