COMPANIES in Bolton could benefit from a free leadership and management training programme, courtesy of European funding.
The European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) fully-funded programme is targeted at businesses with proven growth potential whose senior managers, executives and owners would benefit from developing their leadership skills.
The three-day course - valued at more than £1,500 - is targeted at businesses operating in Bolton, Bury, the City of Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, City of Salford, Tameside, Trafford or Wigan.
Organisers, Manchester-based Total Excellence Centre say participants will benefit from a range of development modules with the overall aim of gaining a better understanding of the key skills required to drive, engage and grow a business.
“Places for the course are strictly limited and interested companies are advised to apply as soon as possible to secure their place for the course, which is running on December 17 and 18, with the final module to be completed on January 16.
