SOCIAL housing contractor Forrest has been appointed to a £100 million framework agreement by Nottingham Community Housing Association (NCHA).
The four-year framework led by NCHA, in a consortium with 18 other housing providers, is divided into two work value bandings and includes contracts for the design and construction of mixed-use housing developments across six geographic regions from Nottingham and Lincolnshire to Buckinghamshire. Work allocated through the framework will be awarded through a competitive tendering process.
Forrest , based at Dodd Lane in Westhoughton, has been successful in its appointment to lots across Nottingham, Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Leicestershire, Derbyshire and Warwickshire, and for work packages in excess of £1m.
