THREE children have been left devastated after the puppy they got for Christmas disappeared from their back garden in Tonge Moor.
Now the parents are offering £1,000 in hopes of reuniting the puppy with their children.
Adam Cartwright and Mandy Crompton said their three children, aged six, 10 and 11, have been left heartbroken.
Sky, a 14-week old blue Staffordshire-bull terrier, went missing from the family’s garden at Priory Place, Tonge Moor on Monday afternoon.
Mr Cartwright, 31, said: “We’ve shared Sky’s details all over Facebook and I’ve had leaflets printed, the children are devastated and we just want her returned.”
The children had been over the moon when they were surprised with the pet, and the family ensured she was micro-chipped, before she vanished just weeks after Christmas.
The family are appealing for anyone who may have been given Sky or know of her whereabouts to contact 07540225101 or 0776631680.
