FOUR men have appeared in court charged with human trafficking for sexual exploitation after two women were allegedly forced to work as prostitutes.

Police claim to have rescued the women aged 30 and 20, along with the one-year-old child of one the pair, from a house in Spa Road, Bolton.

The house was raided by Greater Manchester Police's serious and organised crime unit on Thursday, March 27.

The women and child, who are all Hungarian, have now been reunited with their families in Hungary, police said.

Police also said the women had been beaten and abused over a period of several months.

Three men and a woman have now been charged with human trafficking in connection with the investigation.

They are Ferenc Dardai, aged 21, Ferenc Dardai, aged 41, Daniel Dardai, aged 19, and Kiraly Malania, aged 42, all of Spa Road, Bolton.

The younger Ferenc Dardai has also been charged with rape.

All four appeared at Bolton Magistrates Court on Monday, March 30. They were all remanded in custody and will appear at Bolton Crown Court on April 17.
