When and where did you start performing?

I started performing when I was about 27 to 28-years-old and my first performance was at the Railway, Chorley.

What is your sound and who are your influences?

My sound is an acoustic pop and my influences are Newton Faulkner, Damien Rice and Ed Sheeran.

What is the biggest gig you have played to date?

I played at a place in Manchester recently with about 200 people in attendance called Live Sessions.

If you are not already, is it your ambition to become professional?

It was but, if it happens, it happens. If not, it is what it is.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

Enjoying music, writing and performing.

Is there anything unusual or interesting about you or the act?

I use a loop station which, for those who don't know what that does, I create a backing track live using my guitar and vocal then play it back whilst performing the track.

Gigs

I played the B Charity Music Festival at the Blind Tiger, Nelson Square, on Sunday and I will be at the Walsall Woodstock festival on May 23 and 24.
