Bolton traffic and travel update – Monday, June 8, 2015
TRAFFIC is building up on the routes in and out of Bolton this morning as commuters return to work.
Motorists on the M61southbound are facing delays between Junction 4 for A6 Greater Manchester and Junction 1 for M60 Little Lever.
A lane is closed on the entry slip road of the M60 anticlockwise due to broken down vehicle at Junction 17 for Prestwich and Whitefield although traffic is coping well.
Traffic is starting to backup on the M61 southbound between Junction 4 at Farnworth and Junction 1 of the M60 at the Swinton Interchange.
