ONE of Bolton's most wanted criminals is heading back to prison after being heard bragging about featuring in The Bolton News.
Liam Waddilove, aged 25, was featured in our Most Wanted section yesterday, with police looking to recall him to prison following a breach of his licence.
He was then seen in a town centre bar last night, reading a copy of The Bolton News, and was spotted brandishing the paper while bragging about making it onto the Most Wanted page.
An eagle-eyed member of the public overheard the boasts and contacted the police.
Officers descended on the scene and arrested Waddilove after a short chase.
A spokesman said he is now being dealt with in custody, before being sent back to prison.
A message on the GMP Bolton South Facebook page said: "We'd like to thank the member of the public, and also Mr Waddilove for making it easy for us."
