Bolton traffic and travel update – Wednesday, September 23, 2015
TRAFFIC is flowing smoothly in and around Bolton this morning.
There are no major incidents of note to report, but congestion is expected on the usual hotspots during the rush hour.
There are already reports of slow moving traffic on the M61 southbound between junction 4 at Farnworth and junction 1 at the Swinton Interchange, as well as on the M60 anti-clockwise between junction 17 at Whitefield and junction 13 at Worsley.
