Mobile phone law is difficult to enforce
I WAS not surprised to read about the taxi driver in Friday's paper.
I use taxis on a regular basis and frequently observe drivers chatting away throughout the whole journey with the earphones in.
I think the mobile phone law for drivers is totally useless as it is so difficult to enforce.
