Bolton Council leader Cliff Morris has joined social networking site Twitter.
The Halliwell Councillor and leader of the Labour group launched his new profile yesterday with an opening tweet highlighting some of the major development projects taking place in Bolton including the new transport interchange and the children's play area being built in Octagon Court.

Cllr Morris has wasted no time in engaging with the 'twitterati' and is already following 100 accounts, including those of Labour leader Jeremy Corbyn and Conservative Chancellor George Osborne.
