SUCCESS: Great Ale's Steve and Anne Simms, Janet Martin and CAMRA's Alison Whitaker
A BAR toasted its own success this weekend after being named Bolton's pub of the year by CAMRA.
This year's prize went to Great Ale at the Market, which opened at Bolton Market in 2014.
Anne Simms, who owns the bar with husband Steve, said: "We won the award because we have a fantastic range of beers that we change constantly and always keep well.
"We serve a really good pint and pride ourselves on looking after our beer properly. We feel like we have put real ale on the map in Bolton and we now have a really wide range of customers."
