ALL things Lancashire were on the menu at a special afternoon tea party.
All Souls Church in Astley Bridge played host to a Lancashire-themed party, where some of the county's delicacies were enjoyed by nearly 30 people.
Treats created for the event included Lancashire hot pot, Chorley cakes, bread and butter pudding and Manchester tarts.
It also included a talk from Sid Calderbank, who spoke about lost dialects from across Lancashire.
Amy Llewellyn, community and heritage officer at the church, said: "We wanted to celebrate the heritage and history of Lancashire in a different way, and food is always a good way to do that!
"Everyone enjoyed Sid's talk and it was a good way to celebrate Lancashire's culture."
