THE family of a missing man from Bolton are becoming increasingly concerned about him and police have appealed again for the public's help in their search.

James Hodgkiss, aged 34, was last seen at 11am on Wednesday, August 3, in Weston Street. He was seen wheeling a black hand-luggage bag and heading towards the town centre.

He has not been seen since and police and his family have asked that he makes contact to say that he is safe and well.

James is white and described as 6ft 2in tall, slim, with short dark hair and stubble and blue eyes.

He was last seen wearing dark blue tracksuit bottoms, dark Nike t-shirt, black and white trainers and a dark coat.

Detective Inspector Charlotte Cadden, of GMP’s Bolton borough, said: “This is out of character for James and we are appealing for him to get in touch so we know he is okay.

“He has links to the Crown Lane area of Horwich, Blackrod and Little Hulton. If you recognise James and have seen him, please contact police.”
