HERE are the phizz-whizzing photographs of youngsters celebrating Roald Dahl Day 2016.
Children and, no doubt, their parents have been getting creative to make whoopsy whiffling outfits to mark the much-loved author's 100th birthday.
The creations really are whoopsy-splunkers - from orange-faced Oompa Loompas to Violet Beauregarde, from Charlie and the Chocolate Factory, as a blueberry.
Today marks 100 years since the birth of Roald Dahl - the world’s number one storyteller.
Send photographs of your kiddles dressed up as their favourite character to webdesk@nqnw.co.uk with their name, costume, age and school
