THERE is plenty of festive cheer to be found at Bolton's very own Christmas cafe.

Christmas@Create has been launched at Cafe Create in Bark Street where people can drop by for seasonal treats and enjoy a spot of Christmas shopping as more than 60 local retailers will be selling their wares.

On show will be ceramic work, glassworks, jewellery, artwork and much more including Fair Trade products such as bags, prints, clothing and olive wood from the Holy Land.

Andrew Kilpatrick, lead officer at CreateBolton, a local Christian charity, based in Claremont House, said: "Christmas@Create also gives us the opportunity to showcase some of the beautiful work produced by our own Create Community group, produced in our studio space and stunning gallery."

He added: "Our preview night was a real delight, working together with local businesses and the community of Bolton."

Button Boutique hosted a fashion show at the launch of the festive attraction.

Mr Kilpatrick said: "There was approx £300 of sales made on the night and that was across a range of craftspeople and artists

"Button Boutique's fashion show which was an additional part of the launch and helped contribute towards a great night that was enjoyed by between 60-70 people."
