FIREFIGHTERS from Bolton are part of the team tackling a huge blaze at a church.
The Church of Ascension in Broughton Lane, Salford, went up in flames in the late hours of yesterday evening.
Pictures on social media show the fire ripping through the grade II listed building.

Six fire crews were called to the scene in Lower Broughton just after 11pm.
Four engines remain on the scene and people are being advised to avoid the area.
