Neighbour caught illegally burning plastic at house
A RESIDENT was caught out in Breightmet after illegally burning plastic.
Firefighters were called to Red Lane at 5pm on Sunday after a neighbour smelt to acrid smoke.
The fire was out by the time crews arrived but the resident was given a warning.
