BOLTON Council feels it has a duty of care to the public in erecting a glass partition in the council chamber for "health and safety" reasons.
Can I bring the to the council's attention the 25 foot plus pyramid climbing frame inside the children's playground at Queens Park?
A structure approved by the council that is designed to encourage small children to climb without supervision and run the risk of falling from a dangerous height.
If the council wishes to go ahead with the glass partition in the council chamber then I am more than happy to provide the council with a list of other health and safety issues around the borough that need addressing.
