POLICE are appealing for help in finding a 69-year-old man who has not been seen for five days.
John Williams was last seen around lunchtime at his home on Camrose Gardens on Tuesday.
He is white, around 6ft tall with grey hair, which is combed backwards over a bald patch.
Mr Williams was last seen wearing a royal blue jumper, light denim jeans, white slip on pumps and a light blue coat.
Inspector Mike Reid of GMP’s Bolton Borough, said: "It’s really unusual that no-one has seen from or heard John in five days.
"Although we do not have a photograph of him at this time, we know he is well known in the Bolton area, where he often frequents, so are sure people will recognise him."
