A MAN has been banned from getting behind the wheel after he was caught drink driving.
Michael Berry, aged 28 and of Croston Street in Bolton, was stopped by police on Crompton Way on June 25.
He was found to be over the limit and also to be driving without insurance and was sentenced at Bolton Magistrates' Court.
He has been banned from driving for 15 months and fined £120 for the drink driving.
Berry must also pay costs of £120 and a victim surcharge of £30.
