Man denies dragging girlfriend along road with car while she clung to the door
A MAN accused of driving off in a car while his girlfriend had hold of the door and dragging her along the road causing injuries has made his first appearance at court.
Kyle Boyle is also alleged to have punched his partner in the mouth and grabbing her by the neck at a hotel they were staying at in Blackpool.
Boyle, aged 29, of Ainsworth Lane, Bolton, pleaded not guilty to assault causing actual bodily harm on July 2.
Boyle was bailed to appear at Preston Crown Court on August 16 by Blackpool Magistrates' Court.
