DELAYS: St Peter's Way
Commuters are facing delays on St Peter's Way this morning.
The tailback is understood to have been caused by a broken down car on the M60 anticlockwise between Junction 16 of the A666, for Pendlebury, and Junction 15 of the M61, Swinton interchange.
Lane three of the M60 was closed until about 7.20am, while traffic was held to allow highways officers to move the vehicles on to the hard shoulder.
All lanes are now been reopened.
Traffic is also reported to be 'heavier than normal' on the M61
