THE Ironman UK event will return to Bolton next month.
The gruelling triathlon — billed as one of the toughest in the world - will return to the town on July 15 and thousands are expected to line roads around the borough to watch intrepid participants take on the endurance spectacle.
While some will be aiming for a particular time – others will simply be hoping to complete the course.
