THIS photograph of the Queen’s Cinema which was on the corner of Bradshawgate and Trinity Street was taken in September 1967.
At this time, in Bolton, there were cinemas on almost every street corner and they provided a weekly treat for many workers.
If they did not go to the cinema then a trip to the theatre or one of the local dance halls would be in order.
