IT'S the latest fad doing the rounds on social media.
And now, Wanderers captain David Wheater has taken part in the 10 Year Challenge.
The 31-year-old fan favourite posted two pictures side-by-side on Instagram showing his changing appearance over the past decade - and fans loved it.
Posting the pictures, David wrote: "Giving this #tenyearchallenge a go @officialbwfc @theboroofficial #bwfc"
One fan replied: "Look better with age mate oh that good old Bolton air done you a world of good."
Another wrote: "Got to admit you look better now the years have been good to you."
Another admirer added: "Crazy how you actually look younger years on."
One follower called the former England under 21 national player "Benjamin Button", referencing the 2008 film where the lead character ages in reverse.
The 10 Year Challenge is pretty self explanatory but for those that have missed it so far, it involves users dipping into their archives and finding a pictures from 2009 and using it alongside a photo from the present day.
