Dear Style Rehab

Help! I've got a trusty black dress but nothing to vamp it up for special nights out.

It's my friend's birthday next Saturday and I usually wear silver accessories but they have seen me in that loads of times.

What can I do - I love my dress and don't get to wear it enough.

Firstly, congratulations on finding the perfect dress to wear time and again. Secondly, you're in luck.

Debenhams have just created the Ultimate Accessories Guide which takes you through shoes, handbags, watches, belts and jewellery so there is plenty to choose from.

Considering you're fed up of your silver wear then why not go for clash with these ruby red shoes at £40 from Jasper Conran, perfect for dancing around the disco ball with your mates.

Or, if you're the kind of gal who doesn't leave home without the kitchen sink, even on a night out, then why not go for this tote by Red Herring. At £25 it's affordable and at the height of fashion, bright and patent - ticks my boxes.

If red isn't your thing and you are not a fan of heels then why not try these animal print pumps, also from Red Herring. They are cute and at £25 you'll get your money worth by wearing them for work under black trousers.

Stepping away from Debenhams you can't go wrong by going to... you've guessed it, Accessorize.

This gem encrusted clutch is £28 and is just the right size to hold your essentials.

The cool green will clash well with a black dress and you can pull the outfit together with this jewelled 'bling' ring. For £15 it has a slight black tinge but will also pick up the green of the clutch.

Hope that helps

Jenny
