A JURY has been sworn in for the trial of a Czech man accused of murdering Bolton builder Pavaiz Iqbal.
Jiri Motl, aged 33, from Prague, denies murder and his trial is due to get under way at Manchester Crown Court this week.
Father-of-two Mr Iqbal, aged 41, was found dead at his home in Birkdale Gardens, just outside Bolton town centre, in December, 2006.
Motl and another Czech were extradited from the Czech Republic in June last year.
