Egerton Community Primary School is holding a summer fair this weekend in celebration of its 50th anniversary.

Taking place on Saturday, September 17, from  noon until 4pm, the fair will include a bouncy castle, face painting, sponge the teacher, temporary and glitter tattoos, a BBQ, a tuck shop, a licensed bar, a tombola and much more.

There will also be live performances from Egerton School Choir, Walmsley Church AODS, Interact and Bolton Twirlers.

With admission being £1 per person, proceeds from the day will go towards providing continuous mental wellbeing resources and training for the children and teachers of Egerton CP School.

There will be a minutes silence held in honour of the late Queen, as well as a memorial table in her honour.

The event is sponsored by the Egerton CP PTA, Under Pressure Power Washing Ltd, All Seasons Grounds Contractors Ltd and Sarah Rimmer Interior Design.
