An energy drink taking the UK by storm can be bought in a host of shops in Bolton.

Prime was launched by YouTubers KSI and Logan Paul last year.

And in recent weeks it has been in extremely high demand with Manchester having the fifth highest demand for the drink with 6,440 monthly searches.

Recently, in a TikTok video posted by Wakey Wines, a woman from Sheffield bought a pack of the drink for £1,200, which prompted an outcry from KSI.

The YouTuber urged fans not to buy at high prices and since then Wakey Wines has been banned from TikTok.

For those in Bolton still trying to get their hands on a drink, here’s where you might find some in the borough:

The 80/20 Health Bar in Westhoughton is selling three flavours with the red, green and blue bottles in stock.

A spokesman for the health bar said: “It sells quicker than most drinks and it’s high in demand at the moment.

“The price we have it for is cheaper than most, but people should come and find out.”

The drinks can be reserved if a message is sent to the Facebook page.

The Shell Garage on Manchester Road is another place you can buy Prime but there are not many in stock there so may run out quickly.

Aldi and Asda sell the drinks in their various stores across Bolton, but stocks vary and customers are advised to simply go in and check or ring up and ask if there is stock available.

There are also various Bolton sellers on Facebook Marketplace with the drink at a reasonable price of around £3 but prices go up to £60 for one bottle, so make sure to check the prices carefully when buying.

Castle Convenience on Castle Street in Haulgh is currently selling the drinks but said they were running low on stocks at the moment due to high demand but were restocking soon.
